| Combination of dextrose, zinc and ascorbic acid |
Dextrose :
one dose of two tablespoon full provides 126Kcals i.e 1/8th of the daily requirement of calories from carbohydrates. Dextrose readily gets assimilated and provides energy and vigor. |
Zinc :
A daily dose of ADEQUAT will provide 7.5 mg element zinc which is half of the daily zinc requirement. Zinc is vital for RNA & DNA synthesis and helps in wound healing. |
Ascorbic acid :
50 mg of ascorbic acid in ADEQUAT helps in phagocytosis and tissue respiration. |
| Dosage |
| 2 table spoon full once daily. In case of several nutritional deficiencies the dose may be increased to twice or thrice daily. |
